Delivery

How long it takes

1. A person checks every picture, usually within one working day of your order.
2. Printing and framing takes up to 3 working days, in the UK.
3. Then a tracked next-day courier (DPD or Evri) brings it to your door.

Most frames arrive within a week of ordering. Delivery times are estimates, and we email you at each step.

Christmas

Order framed prints by 13 December for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after that date may arrive after Christmas. Digital downloads are emailed once checked, usually within one working day, so they still make it.

Where we deliver

Framed prints go to UK addresses only for now. Please check your address carefully at checkout, because we cannot recover a parcel sent to a wrong address you gave us. If you spot a mistake, reply to your order confirmation straight away: we can change the address until your picture goes to print.

Tracking

When your frame leaves the framers we email you the courier and a tracking link. If you can't find it, reply to any of our emails and we will tell you where your parcel is.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads are emailed once checked, usually within one working day. The download link in the email works for 7 days, so save the file somewhere safe.

Arrived damaged?

Email hello@drawnreal.co.uk within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it free of charge or refund you in full. See refunds and remakes.
