How long does it take?
The preview takes about a minute. Once you order, a person checks your picture, usually within one working day.
Printing and framing takes up to 3 working days, in the UK. Then a tracked next-day courier (DPD or Evri) brings it to your door. Most frames arrive within a week of ordering.

What if I don't like it?
The preview is free, so you only pay for a picture you love. You can see it in all three styles and make two more versions before you decide.
After you order, a person checks every picture against the drawing before it is printed, and makes it again if something is missing. If what arrives still isn't right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will make a fresh version and send it free.
How are landscape and tall drawings laid out?
A drawing that is wider than it is tall hangs as a portrait frame, with the original above the made-real picture. A tall or square drawing hangs as a landscape frame, with the two side by side. Your preview shows exactly how yours will look.
Can I add a message?
Yes. Add a dedication of up to 80 characters when you choose your frame. It is printed in italic under the title and your child's name, and you see it in the frame before you pay.
What is the grandparent copy?

Is delivery really free?
Yes. Free UK delivery on every frame, sent by tracked courier. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout.
How is my child's drawing handled?
It is stored privately, never published, and used only to make their picture. We delete the drawing and the pictures made from it 30 days after your order ships, or 45 days after upload if you don't order.
It is never used for marketing and never used to train AI. The picture is made with Google's paid Gemini service, whose terms say it does not use what we send to improve its models. We never send your child's name or your email to it.
