Refunds and remakes

Our remake promise

A person checks every picture against your child's drawing before it is printed or sent. If your framed print or download is still not right, for example it has missed something that matters in the drawing, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will make a fresh version and send it to you free of charge.

Damaged, faulty or not as described

If your print arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email hello@drawnreal.co.uk within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it free of charge or refund you in full, including any delivery cost.

Personalised prints can't be returned

Every Drawn Real print is personalised and made to order, so once production has started an order cannot be cancelled or returned, and the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to personalised goods. Production starts when a person approves your picture for printing. If you change your mind before then, reply to your order confirmation straight away and we will do our best to stop it.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads are delivered by email and are non-refundable once sent. If the file is faulty, we will send a corrected file or refund you.
