Gloss: 200gsm gloss photo paper, rich colour. Matte: 120gsm Mohawk uncoated, soft and natural to the touch. Both are the same price. Matte can be sent to fewer countries; the page says so when you choose where it goes.
What do I see before I pay?
The cover and the first two spreads, painted in the one style you choose for the whole book, free. You also see every page laid out exactly as it will print, with your titles and story lines.
After you order we paint every other drawing, check each page, and email you the whole book to turn through before anything is printed. You have 24 hours to ask for a change.
How long does a book take?
Once you approve the proof, printing and binding takes about five working days, then a tracked courier brings it, usually in 2 to 3 working days in the UK. For Christmas in the UK, order by 8 December; the date for every other country is on our delivery page.

Choose 10 or 20 photos from your phone at once. You straighten and crop each one, then drag them into the order you want.

We paint the cover and the first two spreads free, in one style for the whole book. Add titles, a line of story and your dedication.

Check every page
After you order we paint the rest and email you the whole book to turn through. It is printed only after you have seen it.

Who writes the story lines?
You do, or you can ask for a suggestion for any page and change it however you like. Suggestions are written without your child's name: we only ever send "the artist", and put the name back ourselves. You can also leave a page without a line.
