Withdraw from contract here

Use this form to tell us that you are withdrawing from (cancelling) your order. Fill in your details, check them, then press Confirm withdrawal. We email you a confirmation straight away with what you sent and the date and time. You do not need to give a reason.

You can also email hello@drawnreal.co.uk or reply to any of our emails. That counts just the same.

• Gift vouchers: you can withdraw within 14 days of the day you bought one. If none of it has been spent we refund the full price; if part has been spent we refund the unspent balance.
• Digital downloads: you can withdraw within 14 days of ordering, unless you asked us to send the file within those 14 days, agreed that you would lose the right to withdraw, and we have started sending it.
• Framed prints and photo books: these are made from your child's drawing and carry their name, so the legal right to withdraw does not apply to them. If you change your mind before a person approves your picture for printing, tell us here and we will stop it.
